I was born in the beautiful Caribbean island of Jamaica where i first got my experience of being an entrepreneur through selling fruits to people in my district in the evenings on their way home from work. It wasn't your typical kid lemonade stand, but me and my brother Troy were showered with shillings and paper money because the adults we sold to thought it was cute for 6 and 4 years old boys, setting up a makeshift fruit stand right in front our grandparents house. Fast forward to the year 2018 while working as a Personal Trainer, i decided to venture into selling my own nutritional products. My products wasn't popular at the time so i wasn't making enough sales to make good living from it, but i consumed it daily so I always had some in stock, just incase someone wanted to buy some. This mystery product was wild harvested Sea moss from Belize City Belize. In the year 2020 when the Pandemic hit, Sea moss became the most sought after natural Sea vegetable at the time. The price for a 16oz jar of Sea moss gel went up from $10 to $25, and business was booming. Other than my excellent customer service, what really separated me from competitors was my authentic potent product. While most sellers just started learning about Sea moss in the early to mid Pandemic, most not knowing the difference between real and fake Sea moss, or did't care, i was consuming and selling "REAL WILDCRAFTED SEAMOSS" and it was written on my first official labels as such. It was also important to me that i show my earlier clients proof of authenticity to back up my claims. To achieve this, i decided to provide each client with an updated picture of the authenticity and phytosanitary certificate from Belize City Belize ,each time i received a new shipment. As you can tell by my little story, when it comes to customer care, i don't play around.
